

Avocado Tart
Filling:
2 ripe Haas Avocados
1 lemon – zest and juice
2 limes – zest and juice
300 mL sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
(pinch of salt) optional
(dash of vanilla extract – pure) optional
pour into prepared 8″ graham cracker tart/pie shell (or 4x 3″ diameter graham cracker tart shells).
allow to set in refrigerator (minimum 4 hours) ideally, overnight.
garnish with crème chantilly (whipped cream with pure vanilla extract and confectioner’s sugar)
Alternatively – replace sweetened condensed milk with coconut milk, pour mixture into popsicle moulds and allow to set. Dip frozen popsicles in dark chocolate & enjoy.
