birthday cake
ryan’s cake: layers of chocolate and vanilla bean sponge cake moistened with a pure vanilla sugar syrup; layered with dark chocolate ganache, topped with fresh raspberries and wrapped in a chocolate sheet. finished with confectioner’s sugar and cocoa powder. nice being a pastry chef… cuz they do say ‘the best way to a man’s heart is through is stomach’.
