last night was the opening for The Artwherk! Collective pride week show at Hotshot Gallery in kensington market. I have 2 pieces of my work on display and the show runs until monday june 30′th with events happening all week.
there was an amazing turn out last night – and thank you to everyone for your support!

i am fortunate enough to have been blessed with many amazing people in my life. it is not until you’ve walked a mile in a person’s shoes that you’ll truly understand them. either literally or vicariously, we all have a lot to learn and humble ourselves by walking a mile in another persons shoes. in a sense by viewing my photoblog – you have walked well more than a mile in my shoes. i hope it’s been interesting for you and be prepared to walk even more.

recently attended an earth hour party covered by the press. this was a shot captured just before ‘the lights went out’. you can already see that the CN Tower was completely lights out before 8pm.

i captured this shot at 04:33am this morning doing some testing in anticipation of the lunar eclipse tonight. if the skies here in toronto clear up i’m hoping to get some good shots. the partial eclipse begins at 08:43pm with the total eclipse beginning at 10:01pm est. here is a link to more information about the eclipse.

recently shot a baby shower cocktail party this past wednesday in anticipation of the arrival of a new baby in november. these were the parting gifts for the guests – hand-dipped arrowroot cookies in dark chocolate.
