Just got my film back from the lab not that long ago from a photo walk I did with a good friend a couple of weeks ago… just had to share a couple of images. Totally loving the DOF – and that is all courtesy to shooting wide open on my Contax 645. Check back tomorrow and I’ll put up a couple more!

things in life can be unexpected… like an idle tuesday evening to yourself when the phone rings. I’ve been reminded of many things that keep me going forward… 1] you always find what you’re looking for when you stop looking for it, 2] patience is a virtue, 3] good things come to those who wait, 4] there are no grey areas in my life [all or nothing], 5] life is what you make of it – and true happiness needs to be realized on all levels, 6] a person’s heart is not to be played with [including my own], 7] promises can be made – but actions speak volumes, 8] your heart never truly stops loving the ones who’ve meant the most to you.

I’ve chosen 8 things because the number 8 has a special meaning to me in more way than one. If you turn the number 8 sideways – it’s the symbol for infinity… which one day will be realized.

This post is completely random – just like my day today – but it is full of underlying personal anecdotes.
